Hidcote Manor is one of England’s great Arts and Crafts gardens. Created by the American horticulturist, Major Lawrence Johnston, it’s famous for its rare trees, shrubs, herbaceous borders and unusual plants from all over the world.
Kiftsgate Court Gardens have been developed by three successive women gardeners, beginning with Heather Muir in the 1920’s. On several levels, the gardens include rose borders, water gardens, a wild garden, sunken garden and orchard.
