From Cambridge PPF

CambridgePPF is a local charity that cares about the green and historic landscapes of Cambridge.

Established in 1927, the charity provides an independent voice for the quality of life of local residents in the strategic planning of the Cambridge area. We are dedicated to protecting and enhancing the green setting of Cambridge for people and nature. We own and care for Wandlebury Country Park, Coton Countryside Reserve and nationally important heritage buildings like the Cambridge Leper Chapel, Bourn Windmill and Hinxton Watermill.

Through our outdoors learning programme for local school children and annual programme of free events, we inspire people of all ages to get outdoors and help them to enjoy, learn about and get involved with their local environment, heritage and culture. We are based at Wandlebury Country Park, where we welcome over 220,000 visitors a year. There are miles of woodland paths to explore, with a designated den building area and we even have a Dinky Door.

CambridgePPF Members enjoy free parking at Wandlebury Country Park, discounted venue hire for BBQ’s and parties, exclusive events and discounted event tickets. But most importantly your support will help us continue our work managing important green spaces for people and nature.

We are delighted to offer the Friends of University of Cambridge Botanic Garden a special discounted rate for joining the CambridgePPF membership scheme. To take advantage of this offer please visit our website and use the code CUBG2021.
